Rachel McDonough-Grogan graduated from Beaver Island Community School in 2004. She then proceeded to earn her degree in Early Childhood Education. While earning her degree she taught at a childcare center, after graduation and the birth of her first child she started operating her home-based licensed childcare business, in 2009.
